  • Who's Park & Fly?
    • Park and Fly is a parking operator around Eindhoven Airport and ISP for parking at several airports in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • How long has Park & Fly been in operation?
    • Park & Fly since 2008 Internet provider of parking near airports. Started from a growing demand for alternatives to affordable parking. At Eindhoven Airport Park & Fly private parking near the departure hall. At airports where Park & Fly is not established, she works together with renowned partners parking.
  • What are the opening times?
    • The parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open on weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Our valet service is available during opening hours of the airport.
  • Will my car be safe in the car parks?
    • All Park & Fly car parks are safely enclosed and have a barrier and secure code.
  • How do I book a parking space?
    • Parking spaces can only be booked via our website. Once payment has been made you will receive your booking confirmation by email. The address of the car park will be stated again in the booking confirmation. For a faster turnaround at the car park, we advise you to print out your booking and to bring it with you to the car park.
  • How do I pay?
    • You can pay online using the following online payment systems: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT Banking and Mistercash.
  • Are the arrival and departure time necessary?
    • Yes, you can drive in and out during your booked period. Because of this you also pay only the parked time instead of full days. We advise you to count to two hours before your departure time for your arrival time one hour after landing. We still maintain a margin so you have the time.
  • You don’t have flight information and would like to make a reservation?
    • You can. We recommend that you reserve 'whole' days: from 05:00 to 23:55 hours. You can change your reservation in your 'My Park and Fly’ account. Don’t forget to choose 'Create Account' during the ordering process. You can also report your change by e-mail parking(at)parkenfly.com.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    • You can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before arrival at the car park. There is an charge of 25% for such a cancellation. 75% from the booking cost, will be repaid via the original payment method. If you cancel later than this or if you do not arrive at all (no show), you cannot claim any refund for your booking. Cancellations can only be made by email. You must send your cancellation email to parking@parkenfly.com.
  • Is there a shuttle service?
    • The parkings at Eindhoven Airport and P3 Weeze Airport are all within walking distance, there is no shuttle service available. The other locations are including free shuttle service.
  • Can I enter or leave the parking when my times expires?
    • You can only drive in and out within the chosen time. We use one and a half hour margin on top of your selected times, so you have enough time. We recommend that you charge for the arrival two hours before your flight departure time and one hour after landing. If you have considerable delay we can adjust your time.   • What are the dimensions of a parking space?
    • Our parking lots are sized 5.00 to 2.50 meters. There is no maximum height. When your vehicle is longer or wider, you can only use Valet Parking, please contact us.
